The annual election meeting took place on July 28, 2022. With 99 valid ballot envelopes received, a "reduced" quorum was achieved, meaning more than 36 required (10%) ballots were counted. There was 1 additional ballot return envelope that was unsigned. It was therefore invalid.
Bruce Hellebrand was reelected to serve a two-year term on the Board of Directors. He was the only candidate on the ballot. Ballot counts are provided below. Write-in votes were not permitted and, if submitted, were ignored.
