How Positions are Determined

Following each election, the Board discusses who should assume each of the five positions. When members are in agreement, they formalize the assignments by voting on them.

Staggered Terms in Effect

Section 7.3, Term of Office, of the Bylaws that were approved on Mar 8, 2011, states, "... Directors shall be elected to a term of two (2) years to replace those Directors whose terms are expiring."

Mark, Kathy, and Steph were elected in Jul 2025; they are now serving 2-year terms.

Bruce and Marci ran unopposed in 2024 and were elected in Jul 2024; they are now serving 2-year terms.

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month, unless otherwise specified. All meetings are at 6:30 pm. The meeting location is announced a few days beforehand.
