Every two years, in years ending in an odd digit, either two or three board member slots are up for reelection.
Based on Article VII of the Association's Bylaws, Board Member terms are for two years and are to be staggered.
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuant to the Association's Bylaws, the qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors include the following:
- Must be a member/owner of the Association;
- Must be current in the payment of regular and special assessments;
- Must not have a joint ownership interest, either directly or indirectly, in the same Lot as another candidate or incumbent Director; and
- Must not have a past criminal conviction that, if elected, would either prevent the Association from purchasing
the fidelity bond coverage required by Civil Code or terminate the Association’s existing fidelity bond coverage.
