The board has selected Property Management Professionals as our association's new property management team, and they literally hit the asphalt running. On Saturday, July 11, 2009, Brad Watson and his associate Brandon walked our 352-home tract, along with board members Kathy Jasper and L.J. Fay, so that you could put a face to what PMP states is a "boutique property management company specializing in the management of residential homeowner associations."
In his letter of introduction, Brad states that his company's "primary focus is to provide extraordinary customer care." No doubt this claim will be put to the test in coming months.
